a fortnight

The fortnightly structure means your first two weeks is a natural, low-commitment starting point. If you want to try it before deciding on anything longer, that's fine.

Get in touch

How this is typically used

  • 01

    Final big race preperation

Prepare for a big race in the final weeks with ad-hoc coaching. 4 hours recommended.

  • 02

    Ad-Hoc form coaching and analysis

Drills, form guidance and video analysis. 8 hours recommended.

  • 03

    One off training planning

For more experienced runners who just want a plan with guidance. Including consultation, 5 hours recommended

  • 04

    General advice and guidance

Chats, existing plans review or anything else you need.

One thing worth saying honestly: if this would be a genuine financial stretch, don't. There are more important things to spend that money on right now. Come back when the timing is right - I'd rather that than you starting with pressure you don't need.

What's included in the price of coaching?

Fortnightly planning sessions

In-person where possible. We review how things are going and set out the next two weeks - together, not handed down to you.

Ongoing plan tweaks

Your training adapts as you do. If something isn't working, we change it - no waiting until the next session.

Ongoing messaging & check-ins

You're not on your own between sessions. Questions, doubts, bad runs - I'm available.

Video form analysis

We look at how you actually move, not just how far or fast. Good technique makes running easier and keeps you injury-free.

Nutrition guidance

Not a strict diet plan - practical advice on fuelling your body so running feels good, not depleting.

Mindset & confidence support

The mental side of starting out is real. We talk about it honestly and work through it as part of the process.

Strength & movement guidance

Running gets easier when the rest of your body supports it. Simple, practical work that complements your runs.

In-person sessions (preferred)

Face-to-face makes a difference. I can see what's happening, respond in the moment, and actually get to know how you run.

This isn't a PDF to download and follow on your own.
It's someone in your corner, for the whole journey.

Common questions

What do I get for $150 a fortnight?

Everything - in-person sessions, a bespoke two-week training plan, ongoing messaging during daylight hours, form analysis, nutrition guidance, mindset support, strength guidance, and free access to all group sessions. There's no higher tier and nothing held back.

Can I try just one fortnight before committing to more?

Yes. The fortnightly structure is intentional - your first two weeks is a natural starting point with no pressure to continue. If it's not right for you, that's fine.

Is coaching in-person only?

Yes. I don't do online coaching. Face-to-face makes a real difference - I can see how you actually move and respond in the moment. I'm based in West End, Brisbane.

Do you do online coaching?

No, I don't offer online or plan-only services. I feel a coaches responsibility, especially with new runners, is to be more than a plan spreadsheet maker. I offer a single price tier with everything included so I can sleep comfortably and you know exactly the deal.
