Here's what actually happens.
The point isn't to push you hard or test your fitness - it's to show you that running can be enjoyable when you start in the right way. Nothing complicated.
01.
Turn up as you are
No booking, no signup, no fitness test. Wear trainers of any kind and clothes you can move in. That's it.
02.
Walk a bit, run a bit
Short, gentle intervals. If you need to walk the whole thing, you walk the whole thing. The session works around the slowest person.
03.
Bring someone if it helps
Friend, partner, neighbour, colleague - anyone who's been talking about starting. Easier with a familiar face, and they're welcome.
